The Venice Area Young Professionals was initiated by a small group of active Venice Area Chamber of Commerce (VACC) Members who shared a vision that Venice would benefit from a young professionals group. Because the VACC fully supported the idea that young professionals are the future, the group moved forward submitting a plan to the VACC’s Board of Directors for approval, and in April of 2006 the Venice Area Young Professionals were born as a committee of the VACC.
We will continue to be a driving force for young professionals in our community by providing development opportunities for our members professionally, volunteer activities to allow us to make an impact on our community, and social activities for individuals and families to share in. We invite you to be a part of an amazing group that has come so far in such short time, and will continue to make a difference in our community.
